Betsukai (別海), often read Bekkai or Bekkaicho is a town in Nemuro subprefecture, Hokkaido, Japan.Understand
The town's major industries are dairy farming and fishing in the Sea of Okhotsk. It also claims to be Japan's second-largest town in area. (With a population of just 17,000, it's pretty far down most other lists.)
