Grand Portage is an Indian Reservation in the far northeast corner of Minnesota, on the shore of Lake Superior and the border of Ontario, Canada.See
Grand Portage National Monument is a trail used by fur traders (voyageurs) in the late 18th century to transport trade goods from the Lake Superior shore to the Pigeon River and furs in the opposite direction. It is now administered by the U.S. National Park Service.
Pigeon River Falls is in the Grand Portage State Park.
