Get in
Guisborough is clearly marked on road signs from Middlesborough, following the A171. It is sign posted from both the A66 and A19, follow the signs for Guisborough after following the signs for Teesport (if A19). 2 hours free parking is available on the high street, though a parking disc (sold in local shops) is needed. There is abundant street parking , as well as a coach park and car park on Rectory Lane.

Do
- Weekly Markets on a Thursday and Saturday.
- Easy access to walks around Guisborough woods, Pinchinthorpe Branch Walkway, the northern edge of North York Moors National Park.
Eat
- Many cafes are open during the week and weekends, from nationwide chains to local independents, usually offering a selection of cakes and light bites.
- Many restaurants are open for business during the day, and the most popular ones may be busy most nights of the week. Booking is therefore recommended.
Drink
- Several Bars and Pubs, both on and around the high street, offer an alternative night out to Middlesborogh or other places.
