- May Pen - Capital and largest town in the parish of Clarendon, and part of the Middlesex county.
- Mandeville - Largest town in Manchester Parish.
- Saint Anns Bay - The capital of the Saint Ann Parish.
- Saint Ann's Bay - One of the main towns in Saint Ann, and a tourist destination in Jamaica.
- Port Maria - The capital of Saint Mary Parish. Port Maria is the home of all business in the Saint Mary Parish.
- Spanish Town - once the capital of Jamaica, and the main town of the Saint Catherine Parish.
- Ocho Rios - City in Saint Ann Parish, home to many resorts and is a popular popular tourist destination.

- When going hiking, camping or going on various trips, it is best to charter a veichle. In Jamaica, chartering is quite expensive, but also a good method of travelling for tourists.
