Nicosia district (South)
is a region that spans both Cyprus
and Northern Cyprus

Nicosia (Greek: Λευκωσία or Lefkosia; Turkish: Lefkoşa) – the divided capital
- (Greek: Φυκάρδου) - a deserted old village
- (Greek: Τρόοδος, Turkish: Trodos Dağları) - with their beautiful medieval churches which are listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Its centre is the village of (Greek: Κακοπετριά).
- (Greek: Ιερά Μονή Κύκκου or Κύκκος, Turkish: Cikko Manastırı)
