Pilgrim's Rest, is a small historical town in Mpumalanga. Many of the original buildings from the 1873 gold rush have been restored and the town today serves as a living museum for that period.Get in

From the N2, follow the R36 to Sabie, then follow the R532 for about 23km until the R533 joins from the left. Follow the R533 for about 10km until you reach Pilgrim's Rest. All the roads are paved and in good condition.Get around

Pilgrim's Rest is located close to Lydenburg, Sabie, Graskop and the Blyde River Canyon. There are a number of waterfalls and spectacular views in the area.
