Punjab (Punjabi: ਪੰਜਾਬ; IPA: ) is a state in the northwestern India, bordering Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir to the northeast and north, and Chandigarh, Haryana and Rajasthan towards the southeast, south and southwest.
