Smålandsfarvandet is a strait in Denmark's archipelago between Zealand and Lolland. The strait contains some small, rural islands with fewer than a thousand permanent inhabitants together.Islands

Femø is most famous for being one of the first bastions for the women's rights movement, it now attracts lesbians and feminists, while priding itself in welcoming all women.
Get in
These islands have no roads to the larger islands. Askø, Fejø and Femø have ferries from Lolland; others can only be reached by private vessels; see Boating on the Baltic Sea.
