During Apollo 11, after having performed the first crewed landing on the Moon, ruling elder Buzz Aldrin privately celebrated Communion from the lunar lander. WPC still has the chalice that was used on the Moon, and celebrates Lunar Communion Sunday every year on the Sunday closest to July 20.
