Wollombi is 29 km south-west of Cessnock on Wollombi Road. A very pleasant route, through picturesque rural countryside.

The village centre is very small and easy to walk around.

Margan WineryHosting the Beltree restaurant which is definitely worth a lazy Saturday or Sunday meal. Coupled with the wine produced at the Vineyard, this is a must try on the Hunter circuit
